The internet provides so many great resources as to why infrared saunas are so great (great link below)!  I am so glad we are all on the same page now.  Infrared sauna's are AMAZING!  In clinical studies, they have shown that you sweat 60% more toxins in a infrared sauna than any other sauna (wet/dry), exercise or just sweating in the sun.  It's because of the infrared light.  The light goes deep beneath the skin providing healing infrared light to the organs and supporting the body to let go of heavy metals, chemicals and/or any other toxin stored.
